Throughout term we want to keep all participants engaged and keeping fit through a list of different sporting activities. Below shows what we currently offer during term
A weekly class for children interested in developing their football and boxing skill set. The focus of this class is to work at a high intensity throughout and will improve fitness, hand eye coordination, alertness, balance and core muscle strength as well as their footballing technical ability working on both core and advanced skills and taking them into small sided games. The session will operate in an interval style of training which is periods of work followed by periods of rest.
Futsal is designed to encourage improvisation and creativity and develop skills such as ball control, technique and passing in small spaces. Futsal is a fast paced, very technical, five a side game.
